DIY Eucalyptus and Berry Holiday Wreath

'Tis the time to trim the tree and deck the halls for all to see. A Christmas rhyme from me to you.

This year I wanted to make a festive wreath that could replace the one I've had up since Valentines Day (post here). But I loved the way that one looked so much so all I did was change the type of eucalyptus branches and add a few festive berries to give it a more Christmasy feel.

I got a little caught up in the arranging that I didn't take any photos until after it was already made... But I assure you that this wreath is super easy to make and can be done 30 minutes (once you have your supplies)

Materials:

  • a few flexible twigs
  • wire
  • eucalyptus branches
  • baby's breath
  • red berries

Instructions:

  1. shape your twigs into a circle to create the base for your wreath
  2. arrange the eucalyptus around the twigs to cover up the base as best you can and secure it in place with thin wire
  3. tuck the baby's breath into any empty spaces and secure it with more wire if necessary
  4. strategically place a few berries around the wreath and voila!

There you have it, a simple holiday wreath that will dry out beautifully and last way longer than the Christmas season itself.
