Halloween Nail Art
To start off the Halloween week I decided to paint some festive nails. I had really wanted to do candy corn nails but I didn't have yellow and didn't feel like going all the way to the store... So I thought drippy blood and ghosts would just have to do. I used white as my base but you could invert the black and white and have black nails with white ghosts. As far as materials go, you just need nail polish (duh), cue tips, a detailing thing, and nail polish remover to clean up the edges. For the detailing thingy I first tried tooth picks but they sucked so I used an old eyeliner sponge brush and it worked pretty well. To do the ghost dip a cue tip in black and do three dots with the bottom one slightly larger than the other two. After the black dries, use your detailing brush to put a while pupil in the middle of the eyes.
For the blood use a cue tip dipped in red, put a dot, lift the cue tip slightly and drag the red up to the top of your nail. Then use the detailing brush to connect the drips.
