Christmas Baking (feat. Gingerbread man recipe)

Last night we had a baking night!  We made shortbreads and gingerbread men and decorated all of them with homemade icing and bulk candy.  It was a really great way to get into the Christmas spirit and start the 10 day countdown!  

In terms of recipes, the shortbreads were just alright but the gingerbread men were delish!  This is the recipe we used.
