May Tunes

I haven't done a music post in ages and I've been listening to some really great tunes lately so I thought I'd share with you!

  1. Jocelyn Alice - Jackpot:  This has turned into my most played song in a matter of days.  When I first heard this song, I thought it was a new Lorde track.  The voice and the music both have a very Lorde-ish feel to them and I love it.  
  2. Andrew McMahon and the Wilderness - Cecilia and the Satellite: This is a song about him and his daughter.  I love that.  
  3. Elle King - Ex’s and Oh’s:  Her raspy voice and the fun pace make this a great song for driving around and screaming along to.
  4. FourFiveSeconds - Rihanna, Kanye West, and Paul McCartney: I’m sure you’ve heard this song all over the radio.  It’s slightly overplayed. Doesn't make me love it any less.

What am I missing?  This is my favourite time of year to discover new music so let me know what you're listening to!
